Shipping and Returns
Adult DVD orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt during the business week. Our operations are closed on Sundays and National Holidays. No shipping will occur during these times. Also, when anticipating transit times, please allow an extra day when holidays are concerned. Most shipping carriers are either closed or have very limited operations during National Holidays.
Why Such Low Prices?
We buy in large bulk quantites and pass the savings along to the customer. Also, most of our products are "DISC" only with an option to purchase the cover on selected items. The disc only option saves you money on the product plus you don't waste valuable space storing all these dvd boxes. Also makes them easy to hid from spouses and kids.
Discrete Packaging
We use standard shipping boxes and bubble mailers. There will be absolutely no mention of the contents of the shipment anywhere on the package. The return address will say "Circle City" followed by our mailing address.
Shipping Costs
The charge for shipping your order is determined by the total number of products ordered and the shipping method you choose. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.
International Customs and Shipping Choices
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Adultdvdporn is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs. All international orders ship with discs in protective sleeves with cover art if available.Refund Policy
All sales are final! Please check all items to make sure they are all working correctly. Any defective item will be replaced with an identical working item, or can be exchanged for store credit to select an alternate item if we do not have a working replacement item in stock. Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order for any defective DVDs. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping anything back as it will move the process along quicker.
Defective DVDs
Many DVDs can be played on a computer, or in a DVD-R drive, but play of the movie is not generally guaranteed by the manufacturer. To determine if a DVD is defective, we request you try to view the movie on a standard DVD player. Because of the rapidly changing technology in DVD production, recent-model DVD players (less than two years old) are most likely to successfully play the movie for you.
It is our experience that at times DVDs reported as defective are actually simply incompatible with the viewer's DVD player.
Refunds - Service Failure
For all shipping services offered by the U.S. Postal Service, we do NOT guarantee delivery and therefore cannot be held responsible should the Post Office fail to deliver your package. If we can confirm the error is on our part, we will send you another package. If we confirm the package was indeed delivered by the post office, through the Delivery Confirmation procedure on the postal service web site, then we cannot be held liable if your package is misplaced, stolen, or not received by you. For the most part the USPS is very reliable and there shouldn't be a problem.
